ENGLISH:

At Atelier Droomy, we aim to deliver your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible, with care and attention. Your handmade item will truly feel like a gift!

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For personalized or custom-made items, please allow up to 6 business days for processing. If your order requires more time, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of your package. Within the Netherlands, we apply standard rates:

• Parcel delivery: €6.95

Shipping to Belgium and other EU countries is available; rates will be shown at checkout. We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany & the United Kingdom.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code to follow your package. We ship with PostNL or DHL, which typically deliver within 1–2 business days in the Netherlands.

Missing Package?

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days (NL) or 10 business days (BE/EU), please contact us at atelierdroomy@gmail.com and we will look into it for you as soon as possible.

NEDERLANDS:

Bij Atelier Droomy streven we ernaar om jouw bestelling met zorg en aandacht zo snel mogelijk bij je thuis te bezorgen. Je ontvangt je handgemaakte item echt als een cadeautje!

Verwerkingstijd

De meeste bestellingen worden binnen 1-3 werkdagen verwerkt en verzonden. Voor gepersonaliseerde of op maat gemaakte items geldt een verwerkingstijd van maximaal 6 werkdagen. Indien de levertijd langer is, nemen wij altijd contact met je op.

Verzendkosten

De verzendkosten worden automatisch berekend tijdens het afrekenen en zijn afhankelijk van het afleveradres en de grootte van het pakket. Binnen Nederland hanteren we standaardtarieven:

• Pakketpost: €6,95
  

Verzending naar België en andere EU-landen is mogelijk; de tarieven worden weergegeven bij het afrekenen. Wij verzenden momenteel enkel naar Nederland, België, Frankrijk, Duitsland & Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Bezorging

Zodra jouw bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een bevestiging per e-mail met een track & trace-code om je pakket te volgen. Wij verzenden met PostNL/DHL, die doorgaans binnen 1-2 werkdagen bezorgt binnen Nederland.

Niet aangekomen pakket?

Is je bestelling na 5 werkdagen (NL) of 10 werkdagen (BE/EU) nog niet bezorgd? Neem dan even contact met ons op via atelierdroomy@gmail.com, dan zoeken we het zo snel mogelijk voor je uit.
